Return & Exchange Policy 

Our goal, first and foremost, is for you to be satisfied with our products.With that in mind, consider these methods for avoiding the inconvenience of returning a purchase:

If you have any doubt that a product is the best solution for your needs, please call us at 1.888.804.6272 to discuss the situation before placing your order.

If you have difficulties with one of our products, please contact us before making the decision to return the item. The matter can often be resolved with only a phone call or email.

Returns on previously assembled products:

TS-LS systems, Router Tables, and Router Table Stands that have been installed are automatically subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Naturally, products that are returned in "as-new" condition and without shipping damage will receive full credit for the purchase price less shipping.

If you need to return or exchange an item, contact us first to get instructions. Purchases may be returned for a full refund of the product's purchase price, excluding shipping, within 45 days of ordering, or returned for exchange up to 90 days. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted. Sorry, the shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and merchandise must be in "as new" condition with all original packaging. Items not in "as new" condition may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.



Warranty Policy:


Taylor Design Group, Inc. warrants INCRA products for one year from date of purchase. We will repair any defects due to faulty material or workmanship, or at our option, replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not apply to parts that have been subjected to improper use, alteration, or abuse.
