Sales volume and the availability of products change quickly, and both will affect how quickly orders are shipped.

Orders are shipped complete whenever possible, but we can split your order for the difference in shipping costs if you let us know.

Although our typical fulfillment time is 1 - 2 days, we list 3 to 5 business days for most products to help accommodate these fluctuations. UPS 2nd Day Air orders are shipped either the same day or the following business day whenever possible.

Credit cards are normally processed at 3.5 weeks for orders that haven't already shipped, but you're welcome to contact us to make other arrangements. PayPal will automatically collect at the time of the order, which is outside of our control.

To pay by check or money order:

Please call our toll free number ( 1.888.804.6272) or email us for assistance. Orders will be available to ship after the payment has cleared.

UPS: Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. Transit times after shipping for UPS Ground shipments will vary from 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Dallas, TX. To use the UPS Time in Transit map, enter your zip code and then look at northern Texas on the map to find the estimated shipping time to your area. UPS Next Day Air shipping is also available if you contact us directly to get a quote.

Postal Service: If you prefer Priority Mail or Standard Post but these options aren't displayed, we we're happy to make those arrangements if you contact us before ordering. The transit time for Priority Mail is typically 2 - 3 business days with isolated delays, and First Class packages are typically in transit about a week.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US Territory, you can find out the shipping cost before ordering if you e-mail us your address and a list of items that you'd like to order.

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address, and you can make this selection during the checkout process. Be sure that the billing address entered matches the address used for the credit card.

For Canadian orders, we offer shipping via UPS Standard for large items, and USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail can be used for small orders. Delays are not uncommon when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST, so please allow 1 - 2 weeks after the order is shipped. When paying by credit card, your order will be automatically charged to your account in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate.

The shipping charge collected on the order does NOT include import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees that may be collected by customs or the carrier when the shipment enters Canada, and these additional costs are solely the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, Incremental Tools is unable to calculate these costs in advance.

We recommend using postal shipments instead of UPS whenever possible. Priority Mail may have a slightly higher shipping cost on the order, but the final cost will likely be lower than UPS Standard because the additional fees collected by UPS upon delivery are reported to be excessive. Small orders can be shipped First Class Mail International at a very reasonable cost; if this shipping method does not appear on your order's shopping cart, we can manually check to see if it's available if you order by phone at 888.804.6272 or 317.287.0340.

International Customers or outside North America, we can get a quote the shipping costs if you e-mail us your shipping address and a list of items for the order (including product options and accessories.

A $195 minimum order is in effect for the European Union, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Northern Ireland.

We can ship internationally via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service (for small items). The shipping quotes we provide are the amounts quoted to us by the carrier; please understand that many of our products are large, heavy, and often ship in several boxes. For many of our products, using a freight forwarding company can be less expensive than UPS or FedEx. An internet search for "freight forwarding [your country]" will yield several options.

The shipping cost we collect does NOT include import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs brokerage fees that may be assessed when the shipment enters the destination country, and these additional costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
