Ridge Carbide TS2000 10x40T Saw Blade
Rip & Crosscut, 1/8” Full Kerf or 3/32” Thin Kerf

While no single blade is perfect for every job, the American-made TS2000 is among the best all-around table saw blades on the market – look at any combination blade comparison test in the past 20 years and the TS2000 will be at the top, most recently earning "Best Overall" honors from Fine Woodworking Magazine (March/April 2018). This is the blade we relied upon for years to demonstrate the incredible accuracy of INCRA Table Saw Systems at woodworking shows.

Full kerf or thin kerf?
The thin kerf version is a great choice for rip cuts in thicker lumber or when using a less powerful table saw. The full kerf version has a stiffer body that improves accuracy for miter cuts, plus the 1/8” kerf simplifies the math for cutting rabbets & grooves.

Some of the TS2000’s great features:

Sharper blades work better! Most blades are ground to 400 grit, but Ridge Carbide finishes the tops and faces of the teeth with 1,200 grit diamond wheels. The tips literally gleam!

The full kerf version is exactly 1/8” wide, so it’s easy to get precisely-sized narrow parts off the left side of the blade – edge banding, splines, inlay stock, etc. it also simplifies the math for cutting grooves and joinery.

Every fifth tooth is a flat top raker, so it cuts a nearly flat-bottomed groove. This feature makes it great for slotting operations and table saw-based joinery like tenons, half-lap joints, and two-kerf rabbets.

Extra-thick C-4 carbide tips let you sharpen the TS2000 20-25 times, giving these blades a life expectancy of 10 to 20 years in a typical home shop.

Fantastic value: You’ll spend $300 in sharpening costs over the life of ANY blade, so why give up performance by spending less on the blade up front?

If you’ve been spending $60 – $70 on mass-market blades of different colors, treat yourself to a premium blade. Instead of gimmicks like low-friction paint and vibration reducing gizmos, your money buys you top-shelf materials, razor sharpness, and tight manufacturing tolerances.

Ridge Carbide RS1000 10" x 60T Saw Blade
High-Accuracy Miter Saw & Radial Arm Saw Crosscut, 1/8" Full Kerf

Tap into your miter saw’s or radial arm saw’s true potential!

Your saw’s original blade was designed for cutting 2x4s on jobsites, but the American-made RS1000 is optimized for clean, accurate cuts in the harder lumber used in finer woodworking.

Its top-shelf materials, razor sharpness, and tight tolerances help it outperform 80T blades from big-box stores.

Super accurate cuts – the 0.087”-thick body makes the RS1000 stiffer than thin kerf blades

In hardwoods, the 60-tooth alternate top bevel grind shear the wood’s fibers for super smooth crosscuts. Every 5th tooth is a flat top raker, so it cuts a nearly flat-bottomed groove with minimal “bat ears” in the corners.

For veneered plywood and melamine-coated panels the shallow -5° rake angle produces a very clean bottom surface.

Sharper blades work better! Most blades are ground to 400 grit, but Ridge Carbide finishes the tops and faces of the teeth with 1,200 grit diamond wheels. The tips literally gleam.

Extra-thick C-4 carbide tips let you sharpen the RS1000 20-25 times, giving these blades a life expectancy of 10 to 20 years in a typical home shop.

Forrest 8" 2-pc Box Joint Blade Set
Forrest's matched two piece box joint blade set is a great solution if you cut a lot of smaller box joints with the INCRA I-Box. These premium blades are American-made, just like all Forrest products.
The box joint blade set's 1/4" and 3/8" cutting widths give up some of the overall versatility of a stack dado as a general woodworking tool, but the upside is that the set is much less expensive than a comparable dado set.
In addition to a lower cost, the teeth on these blades also have a flat-top grind so they cut flatter bottoms and more perfectly square corners than even the best dado sets. The box joint blade set will also feed faster and with less noise than a similarly-sized router bit.
The two 8" blades in the set are mirror images of one another when viewed from the operator's position, with their carbide tips slightly offset on each of the blades' bodies - one blade offset to the left, the other blade offset to the right. This allows the blades to be reversed side to side to create either a 1/4" or 3/8" cutting width (the blades must be used together and aren't designed to be used individually).
Hi-accuracy construction produces exceptionally flat-bottomed grooves
Twin 24T blades feature flat-top ground teeth for cutting perfectly flat bottom box joints and grooves cut parallel to the grain
Double-hard, 40% stronger C-4 carbide will give up to 300% longer life between sharpenings
5/8" bore fits most 10" table saws
Compatibility: Please note that the saw will require a throat plate with an opening appropriate for a wide cutter.

Ridge Carbide Triple Play Box Joint Blade Set Ridge Carbide 8” Stack Dado Forrest 8" Dado King Stacking Dado Set w/ Case
Ridge Carbide Triple Play Box Joint Blade Set
5/8” Arbor, 3/16" to 7/16" Width

You’ll see Ridge Carbide blades place 1st or 2nd in comparison tests that include them, and they’ve been working factory-direct with commercial shops and hobbyists for standard & custom blades, custom cutters, and sharpening since 1970.

With box joints’ growing popularity, the US-made Triple Play blade set is your missing link – it merges the adjustability of a stack dado with the lower price and cut quality of dedicated flat-topped box joint blades.

Ridge Carbide’s tight tolerances and extreme sharpness will produce clean, flat bottom grooves with NO “bat’s ears” in the corners like conventional stack dados.

The Triple Play is also perfect for cutting grooves along the grain, like the slots for drawer bottom panels… if you’re facing a big stack of drawer parts, you’ll appreciate your table saw’s speed advantage over your router.

Important: This blade set is designed for ONLY cutting box joints and cutting grooves & rabbets along the grain. Use a conventional dado set for the best results from cross-grain cuts.

The Triple Play set is loaded with features:

Quickly sets up for 5 kerf widths: 3/16” – 1/4" – 5/16" – 3/8" – 7/16".

The included metal shim kit lets you tweak the kerf width…if you’re cutting box joints with the INCRA I-Box or other step-type box joint jigs, the adjusting shims give you more flexibility in matching the cut pattern to the board width.

Extra-thick C-4 carbide tips let you sharpen the set 20-25 times.

4-piece set is shipped in a cardboard storage case

Ridge Carbide 8" Stack Dado
5/8” Arbor, 1/4” to 29/32" Width

Look at any dado set comparison test in the past 30 years and the 2 brands at the top will be Ridge Carbide and Forrest. Never heard of Ridge Carbide? They’ve been working factory-direct with commercial shops and hobbyists for standard & custom blades, custom cutters, and sharpening since 1970.

Ridge Carbide’s tight tolerances and extreme sharpness will provide tear-out-free, flat bottom grooves in solid lumber and plywood with minimal “bat’s ears” in the corners.
The set adjusts from 1/4” to just over 7/8”, and the included 3/32” chipper handles grooves for undersized plywood like 15/32" & 23/32".

The included metal shim kit lets you tweak the stack width by more than 1/16” in 0.005” increments to perfectly match your projects.

If you’re cutting box joints with the INCRA I-Box or other step-type box joint jigs, the adjusting shims give you lots more flexibility in matching the cut pattern to the board width.

The -5° hook angle produces excellent results in the most fragile veneers and melamine. The negative hook also allows using the dado set on both table saws and radial arm saws.

Extra-thick C-4 carbide tips let you sharpen the set 20-25 times.

8-piece set is shipped in a cardboard storage case

Forrest 8" Dado King Stacking Dad Set w/Case
The American-made Forrest Dado King is consistently rated as the best stacking dado set sold today because of its incredible sharpness, long life, and outstanding performance in challenging materials like veneered plywood and melamine.
This is an exceptionally versatile cutting tool for making box joints with the INCRA I-Box because the variable cutting width allows a lot of flexibility for board widths in your project.
Box joints aside, every shop should have a good quality stacking dado, and you'll understand why as soon as you start a project that requires a lot of grooving or rabbeting: A dado set in a table saw will feed much faster and with far less noise than a similarly-sized router bit, plus the fine adjustment available with the included shims provides greater control. A saw's arbor can also be tilted, allowing angled joints not possible with other methods.
1/4" to 29/32" width range, includes fine adjustment shims
Cuts great either across or with the grain, negative hook on all of the cutters produces incredibly clean cuts in difficult materials
Hi-accuracy construction produces exceptionally flat-bottomed grooves
24T outer blades with 4-wing chippers, including a 3/32" chipper for working with undersize plywood
Double-hard, 40% stronger C-4 carbide will give up to 300% longer life between sharpenings
5/8" bore fits most 10" table saws
Includes a Blade Runner carrying case to protect your investment
Compatibility: Please note that the saw's arbor must be long enough to accommodate the desired stack of cutters (the arbor on some portable saws can be too short), and the saw will require a throat plate with an opening appropriate for a wide cutter.
