In the event that you have difficulties with one of our products, please contact us
before making the decision to return the item. The issue can often be resolved
with only a phone call.
If you need to return or exchange an item, contact us first to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Purchases may be returned for a full refund of the product's purchase price, excluding shipping, within 45 days of ordering, or returned for exchange up to 90 days. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted. Sorry, the shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and merchandise must be in "as new" condition with all original packaging. Items not in "as new" condition may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Taylor Design Group, Inc. warrants INCRA products for one year from date of purchase. We will repair any defects due to faulty material or workmanship, or at our option, replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not apply to parts that have been subjected to improper use, alteration
, or abuse.
