Wixey's new Remote Digital Readout is exactly what many woodworkers have been waiting for - an inexpensive digital unit that accurately displays fractions and can be retrofitted to a wide variety of router lifts, shapers, and other machines. This unit works well on both the INCRA Mast-R-Lift and the INCRA PRL-V2 router lifts.
The sensing unit mounts by drilling just two holes - one to anchor the scale and the other to carry the head. A drill bit and thread-forming screws are included, and attachment points are slotted to accommodate a variety of installations. The display securely plugs into the sensor with a locking plug and 3ft cable, allowing you to mount the display wherever it's convenient and easily disconnect the sensor for removing the router lift, etc.
Designed by woodworkers for woodworkers, Wixey's exclusive Precise Fraction Technology simultaneously displays fractions and decimal inch in 1/1000" resolution, and it shows millimeters at the touch of a button. Fractions are only displayed within 0.003" of the fraction's true equivalent, which is far more precise than previous fractional digital equipment
