INCRA Side Winder 350 Router Lift
INCRA raises the bar in routing convenience again with the introduction of the new Side Winder series of lifts. These innovative new models are the only router lifts on the market that combine both a table-mounted crank and hi-speed up/down carriage travel for quickly changing router bits.
The Side Winder 350 is a lower-priced version of the Side Winder HD that's perfect for users that don't own or need a 3hp router. The beefy single-sided carriage directly accepts several popular 2hp routers (see compatibility below), and it retains the motor with knobs so it can be very quickly removed for freehand routing operations - perfect if you have one of the popular "kit" routers that came with a motor and two bases.
The side crank fine adjustment is mounted to the router table stand and uses a flex shaft to drive a fine-pitch lift screw. Each turn of the crank produces only 1/32" of vertical movement, and the resettable dial on the top plate is graduated every 0.001".
For changing router bits above the table or large height adjustments, the lift tool releases the carriage mechanism to allow instant travel to any point in the lift’s range of travel. A brake thumbwheel right on the crank handle guarantees that the height won't change while routing.
As with our custom JessEm Mast-R-Lift, the Side Winder's top plate is a super flat Blanchard-ground casting that's machined to accept the unique INCRA MagnaLOCK reducing ring system. The top plate's 9.250" x 11.750" dimensions make it a perfect fit with every INCRA Router Table. To resist the forces applied by the flex shaft, the underside of the plate also features knobs & clamps at each end for securing the lift within the table.
The laser-cut steel MagnaLOCK rings are securely held in with powerful rare earth magnets for super fast ring changes, and a simple leveling system guarantees that the rings will snap in absolutely flush with the surrounding plate.
The INCRA MagnaLOCK system is simply the most convenient, best performing reducing ring style available. Includes five reducing rings for great variety right out of the box: 3/8", 1", 1-5/8", 2-5/8", & 3-5/8".
Compatibility:
Please note that the Side Winder 350 cannot be upgraded for use with 3hp routers; order the Side Winder HD instead if you want the ability to change from a mid-size router to a 3hp Porter-Cable or Milwaukee in the future.

Sorry, but INCRA Router Lifts are not compatible with plunge routers.
Notes:
1. If your router table is mounted to an INCRA TS-LS, TS-II, or TS-III system, use the option selector above to order the brackets and hardware kit to attach the crank handle's mounting plate to the underside of the rails (this may not be necessary if you have an extra pair of TS Rail Mounting Brackets left over from your fence system installation).
2. Crank plate installation requires drilling into the router table stand (only one hole on INCRA stands).
3. If you have a downdraft-style dust collection cabinet that encloses the router, you'll need to do some re-engineering to accommodate the Side Winder's flex shaft.
