Get the convenience of making super-precise height adjustments and changing router bits from above your router table! This is a router lift custom built for INCRA by JessEm at their new facility in Tennessee. It’s a variation of JessEm’s top-of-the line Mast-R-Lift that’s equipped our exclusive MagnaLock ring system.

The included steel reducing rings fit absolutely, perfectly flush with the surrounding plate and are held securely by the Magna-Lock system’s high energy, rare-earth magnets. Rings can be changed instantly and without reaching for a special tool. It’s simply the most convenient and best-performing ring system available. For safety and convenience, the INCRA MastRLift comes with no less than FIVE MagnaLock insert rings, the largest collection of rings standard on any router lift: 3/8", 1", 1-5/8", 2-5/8", 3-5/8".

The 9-1/4” x 11-3/4” plate size is compatible with all five Incra router tables and will work with a few other brands, as well. This is a second-generation model with a cast-aluminum top plate that’s ground super-flat instead of machined, and its hard-anodized surface treatment provides exceptional durability. The access holes for the in-table Incra levelers are threaded, and a set of ten leveling set screws is available on request to level the lift in other brands of tables using the threaded access holes. A simple quarter turn of the corner mounted, eccentric Cam-Lock screw securely holds the plate snugly in the router table's recess from above, and JessEm’s traditional plate snuggers are available from below for a perfect fit in the table opening.



The lift screw and router carriage are the only two moving parts, making its mechanism no more complex than the tail vise on your work bench. The MastRLift is the ultimate in low-maintenance reliability. The lift screw has 16 threads per inch, which has proven to be the happiest medium between cranking speed and having great micro adjustability. The dial is graduated every .002”, and .001” height adjustments are easy. The MastRLift is a zero-lash mechanism using two sets of female threads around the lift screw. The mechanism is preset at the factory, but lash and cranking tension can be easily adjusted in your own shop in less than two minutes.

The lift accepts the Porter-Cable 7518 3hp fixed-base router directly, and the optional reducing adaptors accommodate the motors from a small variety of 1hp-2hp fixed base and kit routers.
